These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Lenis app, published by SAS THG. By creating an account or using the app, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.

Service description

Lenis is an AI-assisted relationship coaching app. It provides conversation analysis, personalised advice, and simulated exchanges with fictional personas. The advice provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological or therapeutic support.

Access and registration

Using Lenis requires creating an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all actions taken from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lenis in an ethical and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited: any use intended to harass, manipulate, or harm third parties; any attempt to circumvent security measures; reselling or making the service available to third parties; automated use of the service (bots, scripts).

Credits and payments

Lenis operates on a credit system. Purchased credits are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. In the event of a billing dispute, contact us at support@lenis.app within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is collected explicitly at the time of purchase.

AI-generated content

The analyses, advice, and suggestions produced by the AI are generated automatically based on the context you provide. SAS THG does not guarantee their accuracy or relevance. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on these recommendations.

Intellectual property

All elements of the app (code, design, personas, content) are the exclusive property of SAS THG and protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Lenis is provided "as is". SAS THG shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. SAS THG reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those of Rennes, France.
