Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of credits or a subscription made through the Lenis app, published by SAS THG. They supplement the Terms of Use.

Products and prices

Lenis offers pay-as-you-go credits and monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes directly in the app at the time of purchase. SAS THG reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, without affecting purchases already made.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation. Payment is processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. SAS THG does not store any banking data. In the event of payment failure, the order is automatically cancelled.

Delivery

As credits and subscriptions are digital goods, they are activated immediately and automatically on your account after payment confirmation, with no delay.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. By confirming your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in the case of a proven service fault attributable to SAS THG. In the event of a technical issue preventing use of the service, contact us at support@lenis.app within 7 days. Any applicable refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings or via the stores (App Store / Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund. No renewal will be charged after cancellation.

Legal guarantee

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the digital content provided by Lenis benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a non-conformity, you may request that the service be brought into conformity or, if that is not possible, a refund.

Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Mediateur du e-commerce de la FEVAD (60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris — www.mediateurfevad.fr). Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rennes, France.
